INFORMATION WE COLLECT AND USE
Types of Personal Information Collected

We may collect the following types of information about you:

• When you register or complete an online form, we ask for information such as: first name, last name, phone number, email address, position within your organization, the business name, postal address of your company
• For the public Lean Workshop Program participants we collect additionally: PESEL (national identification number), ID card series and number, anthropometric data
• For the workshop and conference participants we collect additionally: image
• We collect also other information that is necessary for us to provide our services

How We Use Your Personal Information?
We may use your personal information for the following purposes:

• to provide you with products and services,
• to contact you in the course of providing you with products and services,
• to provide you with the workshop certificate,
• to send the newsletter,
• to send you promotional messages,
• to statistically analyze behavior and preferences of visitors on our webpages (cookies), 
• to answer requests,
• to process billing,
• to pursue claims if any arise.

Why Intechnity sp. z o.o. Processes Personal Data?
We process your personal information for the following reasons:

• The information is required because without it, we may not be able to provide you with the requested services.
• It is our legitimate interest as a Controller.
• This information is processed based on the consent of the person whom it concerns.

Sources of Personal Information
We collect personal information about you from the following sources:

• It was given to us through workshop application form.
• We acquired it during personal contact with the person whom it concerns.
• We acquired it during phone contact directly from the person whom it concerns.
• We acquired it directly from the person whom it concerns through the online forms on our websites.

Information About Personal Data Processing
We inform that we process your personal information in the following way:

• Directly at the time when we collect data from the person whom it concerns.
• No later than 30 days from the moment we acquired the data indirectly.
• At the latest during the first contact with the person whom it concerns.
• Information about personal data processing is present in our documents and on our webpages, and is communicated during personal and phone contacts.

Your Rights
You may exercise any of the rights described in this section by sending an email or a letter to the postal address. Your request should precisely indicate what it concerns. In particular, which right you would like to exercise, which process or which processing purpose the request concerns.

• The right of access – you have the right to be informed if we collect and use your personal data.
• The right to rectification – you have the right to have inaccurate personal data rectified, or completed if it is incomplete.
• The right to erasure – you have the right to request that we delete your personal information that we have collected from you if we process it unlawfully or it is not indispensable for the purpose for which we process it.
• The right to restrict processing – you have the right to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data.
• The right to data portability – you have the right to transfer personal data to another entity.
• The right to make a complaint – you can make a complaint to the Polish President of the Personal Data Protection Office.

Data recipients
The recipients of the data are entities cooperating with us, including those in which we organize training.

Automatic decision making and profiling
We do not make decisions automatically and do not make profiling.

Data processing period
We process data as long as it is necessary to achieve the purpose for which it is processed.

Transfer of data outside the EU
We do not transfer data outside the European Union
